Press Coverage

At Woman’s Day I worked on the Live Longer and Stronger program, which partnered with nutritionist Joy Bauer, RDN, to help five women each year improve their heart health numbers for good (e.g. blood pressure and cholesterol). I also helped plan and execute the Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards.

Best Health Tip

I am a firm believer in starting your day off strong with a healthy and filling breakfast. I love a big bowl of plain yogurt with peanut butter, fruit like bananas and blueberries, and a little bit of honey on top. I also have to get some sort of exercise every day — not just for my physical health, but for my mental health, too. Even if it’s just going for a 20-minute walk or run, I feel so much more refreshed and rejuvenated afterward.
